Acer has unveiled a new 14-inch laptop, protected from dust and shock – ENDURO Urban N3 (EUN314-51W), which, according to the manufacturer, is designed for users with an active lifestyle.
The novelty weighs 1.85 kg and is only 21.95 mm thick, while the military standard MIL-STD 810H tested and received IP53 certification. That means that ENDURO Urban N3 can withstand high and low temperatures, falls from height, as well as dust and moisture. The case with shock-absorbing bumpers and the I / O ports, built-in speakers, and keyboard are protected from water ingress. The laptop also features Acer’s proprietary Aquafan air cooling technology, a combination of a waterproof fan and drainage system that quickly removes water trapped in the device.
The laptop also features an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, up to 32GB of DDR4 memory and NVIDIA GeForce MX330 graphics, and up to 1TB of solid-state memory. Plus, there’s room for a full-featured USB Type-C port, Thunderbolt 4 support, an SD card slot, and Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig +) wireless adapter. The ENDURO Urban N3 battery provides 13 hours of battery life, and the IPS screen with FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 450 nits brightness ensure excellent readability and high image quality even outdoors.
